It is a combination of laukatrions ranantor antanonict and an antihictamina, Self & Well tolrated.

Indications:

Fexomac-Mtablets are indicated for the treatment of allergic rhinitis in adults
and adolescents15 years of age and older

  • Allergic Rhinitis
  • Chronic Urticaria
  • Blocked Or Runny Nose
  • Sneezing
Common Cold Symptoms

Dosage:

Adults: One tablet once daily

Renal Impairment: There is no data of this combination in renally impaired patients

Hepatic Impairment: No dosage adjustment is required in case of mild to
moderate hepatic insufficiency

Pregnancy: There are no studies in pregnant women. Fexomac M should be used in pregnancy only if the potential benefit outweighs the potential risk to the foetus. It may be used during pregnancy only if it is considered to be clearly essential.

Lactation: There are no studies in lactating women. Fexomac M should be used  in nursing women only if the potential benefit outweighs the potential risk to the infant. It may be used in breastfeeding only if it is considered to be clearly essential

Geriatric Use: No dosage adjustment in the elderly is required

Adverse Reactions: Common side effects include:

Fexofenadine – headache, drowsiness, dizziness and nausea.

Montelukast – dyspepsia, abdominal pain, rash, dizziness headache, fatigue, fever, trauma, cough and nasal congestion

EFFECTS ON ABILITY TO DRIVE AND USE MACHINES Fexomac M has no or negligible influence on the ability to drive and use machines. 
                                                                      However, individuals have reported drowsiness or dizziness.
                                         Patient Perspective: Tips
  • You have been prescribed Fexomac M Tablet to help relieve
    symptoms of allergy such as runny nose, sneezing, watery eyes, and
    cough.
  • Do not drink alcohol while taking Fexomac M Tablet as it may cause
    increase sleepiness.
  • Stop taking Fexomac M Tablet at least three days before taking an
    allergy tes as it can affect the test results.
